Evan joined the Indiana University School of Medicine faculty as an assistant professor in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in August 2019. Evan completed his postdoctoral training with Dr. Scott Rothbart at the Van Andel Institute and his graduate work with Dr. Dmitry Kolpashchikov at the University of Central Florida. Evan and his wife, Lindsey, have three young children. Outside the lab, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing soccer.
